Personal Care Services
In addition to the Basic Services included in the monthly rental rate, there are Personal Care Services available for an additional fee. To determine your needs and to create your personalized service and care plan, a comprehensive assessment will be completed prior to your acceptance into River View Lodge.
Personal Care Services are calculated according to the amount of points per week you require. *Basic Level 1 , which includes 0—7 points of Personal Care Services is included in the monthly rental rate.
Personal Care Services can include, but are not limited to:
- Medication preparation and assistance
- Assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting and incontinence
- Transferring and ambulation assistance
- In house escort to meals and activities
- Special dietary restrictions and meal preparation
